Data Analyst

A leading insurer in Belgium is looking for a freelance Data Analyst to support ongoing digital and data initiatives. This role sits within the Data Governance & Analytics function and focuses on enhancing reporting, improving data quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Design dashboards and perform in-depth data analysis

• Investigate data issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy

• Collaborate across IT, Risk, and Business teams to drive data-informed decisions

• Support regulatory reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in insurance or financial services

• Skilled in SQL, Python or R, and Power BI/Tableau

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance

• Fluent in French & English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure, GDPR, claims data or customer analytics

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Location: Liège (2 days/week on-site)

Rate: Competitive (DOE)
